CDM has won numerous awards from The Associated General Contractors of America for zero lost work days and zero accidents over the past five years.CDM has a zero accidents status. Subsequently, we have received the First Place Safety Excellence Award from the AGC for the last five years. CDM has demonstrated success in achieving safety corporate wide.

Furthermore, CDM has a five-year OSHA Lost Time Accident Rate or Experience Modification Rate (EMR) is 0.80. CDM ranks highly considering an industry average rate of 1.0. CDM institutes an established safety program for each project. CDM’s project superintendents are OSHA-10 certified, while our general superintendents are OSHA-30 certified. CDM provides mandatory on-site safety training for all of our project teams. We also require company safety programs from all the subcontractors on our projects, which contributes to the safety program for the specific project.
